VincoTech’s IGBT module is applicable to markets such as: the industrial control field, green energy, UPS, electric welding machines, etc. VincoTech (formerly known as TYCO) IGBT module that we have introduced this time is applicable to the main products for industrial frequency converter. flowPIM 0: P54 Series, with power level between 0.4KW ~ 2.2KW/600V ~1200V
This is currently the most widely applied low-power product in the market.
flowPIM 1 : P58 series with power level between 2.2KW ~ 5.5KW /600V~1200V
This is currently the hottest med-power product; various corporations in the market are very keenly developing.
flowPIM 2 : P76 series with power level between 7.5KW ~ 22KW/600V~1200V
This is VincoTech’s most recent newly developed product and currently the module with the smallest size but with the same power.
