Yosun Shanghai Corp. Ltd. was established in April 2004 as a direct investment from Yosun group of Taiwan. Its history can be traced back all the way to the founding of the Yosun parent company in May 1980. The company's main operations involve electronic component sales and it has subsequently became an authorized distributor for Samsung, ALPS, STMicroelectronics, Fairchild, TI etc. and in recent years has became the largest distributor of Samsung/ST products in the Asia Pacific region.
